Can you introduce yourself and tell us about your background (school, association, sport, professional, etc.)?

Hello, my name is Kéti ZALEMA, I am 20 years old. I am in the 3rd year of a bachelor in business development on a work-study program at the ICD Business School, IGS group.

Can you present your job? What are your missions within Ornikar?

I started as an Insurance Apprentice Consultant and I was able to improve my skills by becoming salesman, still on a work-study program at Ornikar Assurance.
 
My missions are:
 

• Convert appointments made by the prospects into as many contracts as possible.
• Contact high-potential leads (prospects who have gone as far as the pricing of our offer) via calls, emails or SMS to arrange an appointment.
• And in general: build and continuously improve an effective qualification discourse, our processes, tools and KPIs ? … to evolve with the growth of Ornikar!

In what ways are your studies at ICD Business School useful during your work-study program, particularly for your missions at Ornikar?

 My studies at the ICD Business School are useful during my work-study program because the subjects I have are really in line with my missions at Ornikar. In particular the negotiation courses that I have had which allow me to adopt a good speech and to understand the needs of the prospect online.

Why did you choose a work-study program?

 I chose a work-study course because I wanted to discover this field, the working life, the world of work. I preferred to wait a little before doing work-study because I didn't feel ready to manage school and work before, but I started this year and everything is going great!

What can we wish you for the rest of your professional career?

 To hang on so I can make my dreams come true !!
